The Kiwanis Club of Grantville-Allied Gardens would like to thank the entire Navajo Community for its support of our annual Christmas Tree Sale. We are happy to report for the third year in a row we sold out of Christmas Trees several days before Christmas!! This was a record year for tree sales (a total of 1230 trees were sold) and we very much appreciate your support.

The enthusiastic Kiwanis Volunteers who manned the tree lot delivered trees to customers from Mira Mesa, Rancho San Diego, Mount Helix , North Park , Rancho Bernardo, Kensington and Downtown San Diego. Many of the buyers were repeat customers who said that they always buy their tree from Kiwanis because all of the profits from sales are returned to our community for Youth Projects and Community Service.

Kiwanis would also like to thank several businesses and individuals for their support of our efforts. Windmill Farms, Commonwealth Land Title Company-Joan Hogue, Allied Gardens Family Optometry, Serenity Fitness Club and Spa, Timeless Salon and Day Spa, I Love Allied Gardens .com and CJ Frank Carpet Care. We appreciate your help!

Toward the end of our sales effort Kiwanis held a drawing for three Four Packs of tickets to the Poinsettia Bowl. The lucky winners enjoyed an evening of football, food, and entertainment. Although it was a cold night the game was exciting with a great halftime show!

Thanks again for your support of Kiwanis and the community and youth projects that make the Navajo Community a great place to live. See you all in May at SpringFest!!!
