Allied Gardens School of Martial Arts main emphasis is on training people for optimum health and fitness. We do this by focusing on strengthening one's weaknesses and fine tuning one's strengths, in a fun, challenging and rewarding atmosphere.
Martial Arts is not just about learning Self Defense techniques like you my have seen on TV watching Taekwondo (or Karate). We teach all ages and levels of ability in Children's classes, Family Group lessons, and Adult lessons.
